OUR CLASSES


Classes are drop-in and included with your membership. Wristbands are required for entry into all group fitness classes and are available beginning thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class.

Our fitness classes have all the equipment necessary to provide a great exercise. For sure we do have traditional cardio equipment as well. That is one of our main focuses because cardiovascular fitness is indeed important.

Fitnesto Club provides both individual and group trainings, on a regular basis. We have a time tested approach for tailoring each specific program for each specific trainee. So regardless of what your workout routine.
