Lauren Lewis
Lauren has been a personal trainer for five years, three of which have been spent at our fitness club. She says that her goal with every person she works with is not only to help them achieve their goals but to also help them develop the same passion for exercise and wellness that she has and that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
